My Story

Jessica’s love for nutrition evolved during her first year of college. With an interest in preventative health, she was quickly enticed by the healing power of food. Jessica completed her dietetic training in Boston, Massachusetts, while gaining experience in private practice, acute care, public policy and public health. Following, she worked as an Outpatient Registered Dietitian at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, and provided nutrition therapy for an array of medical conditions across the lifespan. Upon moving to Denver, Colorado, Jessica knew it was time to pursue her dream of opening a private practice to help others live healthier through nourishment and wholesome living. In her free time, you can find her exploring the mountains, traveling to the ocean, trying out a new coffee shop or spending time with her husband and family.
